Jesse has been ahead of the curve on big trends, like remote work, which he predicted years before COVID. He helped grow WeWork into a global company and later became an angel investor, supporting over 50 startups. His focus has always been on helping founders and teams build better ways to work and connect.
Jesse’s current focus is on investing in AI technologies that create what he calls “10x humans,” tools that amplify individual productivity. These platforms, built with end-users in mind, enable people to achieve previously impossible results, similar to how cloud computing once transformed engineering teams into “10x engineers.”
Since 2016, Jesse has been a General Partner at Flybridge, where he’s invested in companies like Arcee, Chief, Imperfect Foods (acq. Misfits Market), Teal, Splice, Squire, CarEdge, and HiFi (acq. Square). He also launched Next Wave NYC, a pre-seed fund backing the next generation of transformative New York City startups.
Before venture capital, Jesse led tech teams at LivePerson and worked in network security. His love for technology started early, thanks to a teacher who gave him an Apple computer to take apart and rebuild.
Jesse lives in New York City with his wife, Catherine, and their two kids. A devoted husband and father, he loves traveling with his family, blending work, play, and meaningful moments together.
